He is very honest with the information and puts everything into laymen terms. While he does push the organic thing almost to the point of being aggressive, he explains why he feels it is important. He also clearly prefers plant protein to animal protein.

I can’t see this book being much different. I do like the conversation about the germs in your gut. I also believe that if the germs in our gut aren’t happy then we aren’t healthy.
