Food & Fitness Planner Healthy Eating Easy read on gut microbiome and nutrition. It is targeted toward those who watch the tv show, The Doctors. I was annoyed by the use of Little Buddies and other names for the gut flora. Looking forward to trying a few recipes.

Make better choices and eat high-quality foods that nourish you, make you feel full and satisfied, and ingest fewer of the low-quality foods that lead to excess weight gain and fat accumulation.
