Probiotics are foods that have beneficial bacteria. We actually replenish bacteria by eating yogurt, kefir, kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut and other fermented foods. Maybe 10 years from now we’ll have a magic probiotic pill. Right now, unfortunately, just taking a supplement isn’t the answer.
