Studio KIWI/Shutterstock I wanted to like this book, as I like Travis Stork. But just how interesting can gut bacteria be? Not very. I already knew I should eat better and move a lot, so didn't end up getting much from the book.
Corporate 118 mg sodium Dr. Stork spends a good portion of the book explaining the gut biome and how it works. He is very honest with the information and puts everything into laymen terms. While he does push the organic thing almost to the point of being aggressive, he explains why he feels it is important. He also clearly prefers plant protein to animal protein.
