According to Stork, teaching people how to incorporate more of those foods is the key to helping them lose their gut. UPDATE (1/16/17)...I initially gave this a 4/5 thinking it was sound, smart advice, but 13 months later, after reading a number of nutrition books, I've come to understand a lot of the bad advice given in this book.
