Not only can’t we live without them, but as their numbers and diversity increase, so too does our health.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to change their life. Since reading this book I have changed my diet and as a Type 1 diabetic I can tell you that Dr. Stork has helped me reduce my insulin intake. I was using 336 units a day in my pump and have cut down at least 85 units less!

Naturally, this begs the question: What's all the hype about? Aside from the famous author — and the fact that the title suggests fixing a problem just about every human struggles with (just look at search traffic for "flat belly" and "flat stomach" exercises). Is it all just marketing hype?
